Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Green Fields Ltd. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about maintaining high standards of quality and ensuring that our products meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough quality inspections and audits of products.
Identify defects and areas for improvement in production processes.
Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and provide recommendations for enhancements.
Requirements
Proven experience in a quality assurance role or a related field.
Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice to have
Experience with statistical analysis software.
Knowledge of ISO standards.
Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma).
