Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine chemical and physical testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
• Conduct analyses using techniques such as HPLC, UV, FTIR, AAS, Potentiometer, auto titration, and wet chemistry
• Prepare, standardize, and maintain reagents, solutions, and reference standards
• Document test results accurately in laboratory notebooks, LIMS, or batch records
• Review and interpret analytical data; identify out-of-specification (OOS) results and assist in investigations
• Calibrate, operate, and maintain laboratory instruments
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines (FDA, ISO, etc.)
• Support method validation, verification, and transfer activities
• Assist in stability studies and environmental monitoring (if applicable)
• Follow laboratory safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in a QC API/Formulation or chemical industry. Have operated any one of the following instruments HPLC, FTIR, UV, AAS, or Potentiometer.
• Strong understanding of analytical chemistry principles
• Familiarity with GMP/GLP and regulatory requirements
• Experience with laboratory instrumentation and data analysis
