QC Engineer - Kolhapur in भारत

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory and field tests for soil, aggregates, bitumen, concrete, GSB, and other construction materials.
  
• Prepare mix designs for GSB, WMM, concrete, and bituminous mixes (DBM).
  
• Monitor site quality activities and ensure compliance with applicable IS codes and project specifications.
  
• Coordinate calibration of RMC plants, hot mix plants, and relevant equipment.
  
• Prepare and maintain quality reports, test records, RFI, BIR, and other QC documentation.
  
• Perform field density tests and inspect construction activities to ensure quality standards.
  
• Maintain quality records and reports using MS Word and MS Excel.
  

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Practical knowledge of highway construction quality control and material testing.
  
• Experience in mix design, laboratory testing, and plant calibration.
  
• Good documentation, reporting, and coordination skills.
  
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
