QAQC Civil Engineer

We are currently seeking a meticulous and highly skilled QAQC Civil Engineer to join our team on a contract basis in Kochi, Kerala. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our construction projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. • Develop and implement comprehensive Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) plans for various construction projects.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits on-site to ensure work adheres to project specifications, blueprints, and local building codes.
• Monitor and document the quality of materials and workmanship throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with site engineers, contractors, and project managers to address non-conformities and implement effective corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed records, inspection reports, and documentation required for regulatory compliance and project handover.
• Perform laboratory and field testing to verify structural integrity and quality standards.
• Assist in the preparation of technical project reports and ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Ensure all health and safety protocols are strictly followed during quality inspection activities.

• Must hold a B.E/B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years to a maximum of 6 years of professional experience in construction quality control and assurance.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Civil QAQC practices and construction quality management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective reporting and collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage project timelines effectively in a formal construction environment.
