WE ARE HIRING | Electrical QA & TESTING ENGINEER Designation: QA & Testing Engineer Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Work Mode: WFO Office (Factory) Experience: 2–5 Years CTC: ₹2.4–4.8 LPA Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities • Perform in-process and final quality testing of electrical products before dispatch. • Conduct tests as per prescribed checklists and maintain records against each unit's serial number. • Approve final testing before dispatch of products. • Identify defects, investigate failures, and ensure affected batches are retested before release. • Examine defective parts returned from the field and document findings for root cause analysis. • Track recurring product failures and share monthly reports with the Product & Technology team. • Update testing procedures and checklists as per product revisions. Required Skills & Expertise • Experience in quality assurance or testing of electrical panels, power electronics, inverters, or chargers. • Hands-on experience using insulation resistance and earth continuity testers. • Strong understanding of electrical testing procedures and quality standards. • Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail. • Ability to identify defects, analyze failures, and maintain accurate test records. • Working knowledge of Hindi and Gujarati is preferred.
