Incident Management.2. Problem Management.3. Change Management.4. Request Management.5. Service Catalog.6. Catalog Items.7. Record Producers.8. Knowledge Management.9. SLA and notifications.- Validate Flow Designer / Workflows, approvals, assignments, notifications, and business rules from a functional perspective.- Verify UI behavior, form configurations, fields, data validations, and user roles.- Perform integration testing between ServiceNow and other applications.- Log, track, and manage defects using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.- Perform defect retesting and regression testing after fixes.- Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, administrators, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders.- Participate in requirement reviews and identify gaps from a testing perspective.- Prepare test execution reports and communicate testing status, risks, and defects.- Support UAT and production validation when https://jobeax.com/link/LQxweRav14OdzbnR Skills:- Strong experience in ServiceNow Functional Testing / QA.- Hands-on testing experience with ServiceNow ITSM.- Good knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Catalog Items, Record Producers, SLA, Notifications, and Approvals.- Experience in Functional, Integration, Regression, System, and End-to-End Testing.- Good understanding of ServiceNow workflows and business processes.- Strong experience in test case preparation, execution, defect management, and reporting.- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.- Experience working with Jira / Azure DevOps / similar defect management tools.
