Responsibilities

Design and execute test strategies based on functional specifications and business workflows.
Develop, document, and maintain automated test cases for web applications.
Integrate automated tests with CI pipelines.
Conduct exploratory and acceptance testing for new and existing features.
Analyze test results, investigate failures, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
Suggest improvements to increase test effectiveness and reduce manual testing.
Participate in peer reviews and share QA best practices.
Identify gaps and optimize QA processes, automation frameworks, and product quality.

At least 4 years of software testing experience focused on web application automation.
Knowledge and experience with C# or Java, API web services, and REST API.
Proficiency with test design practices and techniques.
Experience with Selenium WebDriver or similar automation frameworks.
Detail-oriented and analytical approach with a focus on product quality and continuous improvement.
Familiarity with Acumatica ERP or other enterprise software systems is a bonus.
Experience with Bamboo, Git, SQL, and database validation is a bonus.
Experience applying AI tools to improve test coverage, automate repetitive tasks, or analyze defects is a bonus.
Demonstrated initiative in driving testing and automation improvements from concept to completion.
