Design and develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Flask or FastAPI, or Django (DRF).
Develop robust integration with SQL (PostgreSQL preferred) and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
Optimize performance and scalability of applications handling large volumes of data.
Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices.
Contribute to architectural decisions and peer code reviews.
Collaborate with product managers and other developers to define software requirements and mentor Jr developers.
Team leading experience along with individual contribution is a big plus.
