We are currently seeking a skilled Python Backend Developer to join our dynamic team remotely. This is a full-time position designed for individuals who are passionate about building scalable, high-performance backend systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining Python-based applications that support our clients' digital transformation initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, product managers, and stakeholders is essential to ensure the delivery of robust and efficient solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on innovative projects within a fast-paced environment, contributing to the development of cutting-edge backend systems that support high-traffic applications.
Proficiency in Python programming with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in backend development.
Experience working with web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Strong understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and cloud deployment platforms.
Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
Developing and maintaining high-quality Python applications that meet functional and performance requirements.
Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
Participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency across projects.
Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing existing systems to improve performance and reliability.
