Job Description : - Workday Certification MandatoryResponsibilities : - Leading the creation and implementation of impactful Workday HCM solutions- Analyzing intricate issues to develop practical solutions- Mentoring and guiding junior team members- Building and maintaining productive client relationships- Developing a thorough understanding of the business context- Navigating complex situations to enhance personal brand and technical knowledge- Upholding exceptional standards in deliverables- Utilizing firm methodologies and technology resources to deliver quality workWhat You Must Have : - Bachelor's Degree- 2 year(s) of experience with Workday Human Capital Management with at least 1 Workday implementation- A Workday Core HCM certification and at least one additional module such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, or Time- Oral and written proficiency in English requiredWhat Sets You Apart : - Ability to help customers resolve functional issues requiring in depth expertise in the Workday solutions.- Should be able to analyse business requirements and translate them into effective & efficient application configuration.- Knowledge on Custom fields, custom reports, matrix reports, calculated fields- Knowledge of Workday Security.- Knowledge of various data sources available and how to use them- Knowledge in creating and troubleshooting EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) (ref:hirist.tech)
