WE ARE HIRING | PURCHASE MANAGER Designation: Purchase Manager Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Work Mode: WFO Office (Factory) Experience: Minimum 2–3 Years CTC: ₹3.6–6 LPA Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end procurement of materials and components for manufacturing operations. • Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and maintain monthly cost-saving reports. • Issue purchase orders within approved limits and follow authorization procedures. • Maintain vendor-wise and item-wise price history to support procurement decisions. • Track supplier lead times and coordinate delivery schedules with the production planning team. • Follow up on pending purchase orders and ensure timely material availability. • Develop alternative suppliers for critical components. • Handle supplier claims related to defective materials and ensure timely resolution. Required Skills & Expertise • Experience in purchase and procurement within electrical or electronics manufacturing. • Strong vendor development, negotiation, and supplier management skills. • Knowledge of electrical components such as contactors, MCBs, cables, and sheet-metal components. • Understanding of purchase order management, pricing trends, and supplier lead times. • Working knowledge of MS Excel or ERP systems. • A qualification in materials management will be an added advantage.
