Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Procurement
· Develop and implement procurement strategy aligned with business goals.
· Build long-term sourcing plans for solar products and components.
· Identify opportunities for cost optimization.
· Ensure procurement supports company growth plans.
2. Vendor Management & Development
· Develop and manage domestic and international supplier network.
· Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and service.
· Conduct annual supplier performance reviews.
· Build alternate supplier base to reduce dependency risks.
· Negotiate annual contracts and commercial agreements.

4. Cost Optimization
· Lead value engineering initiatives.
· Improve procurement efficiency.
· Reduce material cost through strategic negotiations.
· Identify localization opportunities.
· Drive annual cost reduction projects.
Target
·3%–8% procurement cost reduction annually.
5. Inventory Planning
· Work closely with sales, operations, and production teams.
· Ensure optimal inventory levels.
· Prevent stock-outs and excess inventory.
· Improve inventory turnover.

6. Procurement Operations
· Approve Purchase Requisitions (PR).

· Implement transparent vendor selection process.
· Ensure statutory and contractual compliance.
