About the job

At AAREN EXPORTS, the purchase executive role helps keep procurement organized and responsive. You'll coordinate purchasing activities, maintain accurate records, and support ERP implementation and deployment so the team can rely on clear, consistent information.

Key responsibilities:

1. Prepare purchase requests and orders, confirming specifications, quantities, pricing, and approvals before processing.
2. Coordinate with internal teams to clarify requirements, track order progress, and communicate changes that may affect timelines.
3. Maintain supplier and purchasing records, including quotes, order confirmations, delivery details, and invoices.
4. Monitor open orders and follow up on delays, discrepancies, or incomplete documentation, escalating issues when needed.
5. Support ERP implementation by reviewing purchasing workflows, helping organize data, and documenting process requirements.
6. Assist with ERP deployment by testing purchasing functions, reporting issues, and helping colleagues adopt updated procedures.
7. Review purchasing information in the ERP system for accuracy and prepare routine reports to support planning and follow-up.
