Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements.
Responsible for chemical sourcing & sending enquiries, purchasing procurement of raw Materials..
Responsible for Negotiating & Cost Saving.
Responsible for Vendor Development.
Responsible for controlling purchasing department budgets.
Responsible for following cGMP activities.
Responsible for interacting with the suppliers on a day-to-day basis.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, distribution partners, and internal R&D and production teams.
Prepare and manage cost sheet proposals against client enquiries, including coordination with suppliers for KSM pricing.
Review cost sheets with the Business Development Head and share finalized proposals with clients within a defined TAT of 3 days.
