We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and timely sourcing of raw materials and packaging materials for Dermatouch.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with suppliers for raw materials and packaging components .
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
Raise and manage purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams for timely replenishment.
Build strong vendor relationships and resolve procurement-related issues.
Track market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities .
Ensure purchased materials meet required quality and company standards.
Maintain accurate purchase records, vendor data, and documentation.
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain teams for smooth procurement operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business, or a related field .
2–4 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement.
Experience in FMCG, Pharma, Skincare, Beauty, or D2C is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally/ERP software; Zoho experience is an added advantage .
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Ability to manage multiple vendors and procurement activities within deadlines.
