About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage daily purchase and procurement activities.
2. Identify and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
3. Collect quotations and compare prices, quality, and delivery timelines.
4. Negotiate prices and payment terms with vendors.
5. Prepare and process purchase orders (POs).
6. Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
7. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team.
8. Verify purchase invoices and supporting documents.
9. Maintain purchase records, vendor details, and reports.
10. Coordinate with accounts, stores, and other departments for purchase requirements.
11. Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
