Position : Proxy Engineer (Netskope)Overall/Total Experience : 3 - 5 yearsLocation : Navi MumbaiWorking Days : 6 Days from OfficeNotice Period Requirement : 30 Days (Maximum)Client's Company Size : Startup / Small Enterprise- Must be comfortable with a 24/7 NOC rotational shift environmentRoles & Responsibilities :- Manage and administer PROXY solutions in a 24/7 NOC environment.- Handle incident, problem, service request, and change management for PROXY setup.- Assist with day-to-day BAU and MACD configuration changes.- Proactively monitor network infrastructure using monitoring tools to isolate events before service degradation.- Support incident monitoring and incident analysis/response initiatives.- Coordinate with users to resolve trouble tickets and troubleshoot OSI Model layers 1, 2, and 3.- Conduct daily performance checks, periodic audits, and compliance verification.- Perform immediate troubleshooting for network outages as reported by users and operational personnel.- Deploy and maintain access and security policies for PROXY solutions.- Coordinate with OEMs for TAC support, RMA, replacement, and reconfiguration.- Maintain device configuration backups as per agreed https://jobeax.com/link/YpbGFix9zU4sgQGc Requirements :- Must have 2+ years of overall network security experience, with at least 2 years managing Proxy solutions, including hands-on experience with Netskope.- Must have experience in incident, problem, service-request, change, configuration, and capacity management of a Proxy setup, assisting with day-to-day BAU MACDs and configuration changes, and maintaining SLAs for incidents in the queue.- Must have experience using network monitoring tools to isolate events before service degradation, supporting incident monitoring/response, resolving trouble tickets with users, and performing immediate troubleshooting for outages.- Must have proficiency in Proxy management across Windows, Linux, and Unix environments, with knowledge and understanding of policies and exceptions.- Must have experience with packet capture, analysis, and troubleshooting tools across OSI Layers 1 - 3.- Must have experience applying security patches, deploying/maintaining Proxy access and security policies, daily performance checks, audits/compliance, OEM coordination (TAC, RMA, reconfiguration), and scheduled config backups.- Banking-industry experience preferred; strong candidates with the same technical experience from another industry are acceptable.- Must be comfortable with a 24/7 NOC rotational shift environment at the client site.
