About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end delivery of web, mobile app, and AI/ML projects (React, Node, Flutter, React Native, Python, LLM/GenAI, computer vision, etc.) for multiple clients simultaneously, from requirement gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients: gather requirements, set expectations, share regular progress updates, and manage scope changes and change requests.
3. Create project plans, estimates, timelines and sprint schedules; allocate developers, ML engineers, designers and QA across projects and track utilisation.
4. Run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives; keep Jira/Trello boards, documentation and SOWs up to date.
5. Manage the AI/ML project lifecycle data collection, model development, evaluation and deployment and set realistic client expectations around experimentation, accuracy and timelines.
6. Identify risks, dependencies, and delays early; resolve blockers and escalate when needed to keep projects on time and within budget.
7. Coordinate UAT, release planning, app store/Play Store submissions, and model deployment with the tech team and client.

1. 2+ years managing web, mobile or AI/ML projects in an IT services or agency environment, handling multiple clients at once.

2. Working understanding of SDLC, APIs, app architecture, app store release processes and the ML workflow (data, training, evaluation, deployment) — technical background or ex-developer preferred.

3. Strong client-facing communication, documentation and negotiation skills; PMP/CSM certification is a plus.
