Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil with strong technical knowledge and hands-on expertise in executing high-rise residential construction projects. The candidate should have a sound understanding of civil engineering, project planning, site execution, quality control, and overall project management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of high-rise residential construction projects.
Monitor site progress, project timelines, quality standards, and construction budgets.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Review structural and architectural drawings and resolve technical issues at the site.
Plan manpower, materials, machinery, and resources for smooth project execution.
Monitor RCC work, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, finishing, and other civil activities.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews to ensure timely project completion.
Prepare progress reports, MIS, and project updates for management.
Identify execution challenges and implement effective solutions.
Candidate Requirements
B.E. / https://jobeax.com/link/2DENLGgQM7whDhaE in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
Proven experience in managing high-rise residential construction projects.
Strong hands-on expertise in civil construction, site execution, and project management.
Excellent understanding of structural drawings, construction methodologies, and technical specifications.
Strong knowledge of planning, quality control, safety, and project coordination.
Ability to manage contractors, site teams, and multiple construction activities.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience with reputed real estate developers/builders will be preferred.
