Job Title: Deputy Project Manager – HVAC (Chillers)

Location: Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE) – On Company Payroll

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Project Manager – HVAC (Chillers) to manage end-to-end execution of HVAC projects, specifically focusing on chiller installation, commissioning, and testing . The candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time while ensuring quality, safety, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project execution of HVAC systems with a focus on chillers
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning (ITC) activities at project sites
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, PMC, vendors, and internal teams
• Drive site planning, execution strategy, and resource management
• Monitor project progress and resolve any technical or operational challenges
• Ensure compliance with EHS and quality norms
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and MIS updates
• Support project closure including handover, documentation, and billing coordination

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in HVAC project execution
• Strong experience in Chiller systems (installation, commissioning, testing)
• Hands-on exposure to project management & site execution
• Experience working with large commercial / industrial HVAC projects
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of contracts, project planning, and execution lifecycle

Preferred Background:

• Candidates from HVAC / MEP / Building Services industry
• Experience in companies handling chiller-based HVAC projects
• Exposure to project management tools and site execution practices
