Key Responsibilities
Define project scope, schedule, budget, and execution strategy
Prepare and review engineering man-hour estimates, project cost estimates, and resource plans following project award
Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinate project activities.
Monitor project progress against schedule, budget, and estimation targets
Ensure compliance with contractual, safety, and industry standards
Oversee engineering design quality and conduct technical reviews
Act as the primary interface with clients and stakeholders
Manage project risks, technical queries, and design changes effectively
Support procurement, construction, and project execution phases
Drive continuous improvement and capture lessons learned
