About the job

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful roll-out of our retail stores, ensuring efficient project management, cost control, material sourcing, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Utilizing AutoCAD to create detailed store layout plans and designs.
2. Managing vendors and negotiating contracts to secure the best pricing and terms.
3. Implementing effective project management strategies to ensure timely store openings.
4. Controlling costs and budgets throughout the store roll-out process.
5. Sourcing materials and managing inventory to meet project deadlines.
6. Building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success.
7. Utilizing your retail management and interior design expertise to create visually appealing and functional store spaces.

Other requirements

1. Experience: Minimum 1 year of solid experience in retail store roll-outs, commercial fit-outs, or corporate interior project management. Experience rolling out stores within premium developments or high-street markets is highly preferred.

2. Technical skill set: Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or relevant CAM manufacturing interfaces. Strong understanding of construction materials, joinery, retail lighting technology, and MEP systems.

3. Soft skills: Exceptional negotiation skills, vendor management capabilities, sharp eye for design detail, and the ability to thrive under tight project deadlines.

4. Education: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in interior design, architecture, civil engineering, or a related technical discipline.
