About the job

At StyleUAI, the project manager- social media, AI & design keeps creative work organized from brief to delivery. You'll coordinate people, timelines and priorities to help the team produce clear, consistent work across social media, AI and design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Turn project goals into practical plans by setting priorities, milestones, owners, and deadlines
2. Coordinate social media calendars and creative requests, keeping briefs, assets, and approvals moving
3. Work with designers and other contributors to clarify requirements, share feedback, and resolve day-to-day blockers
4. Track progress across projects, flag risks early, and adjust schedules or priorities when plans change
5. Organize AI-related and design workflows, document decisions, and check that outputs meet the agreed brief
6. Lead team check-ins, assign follow-ups, and ensure responsibilities and next steps are understood
7. Communicate project updates and requests clearly in spoken and written English, tailoring details to the audience
8. Follow up with clients regarding payments
9. Visit client stores and offices to meet clients and train their teams
