About the role

As a [Project Manager/Transformation Manager], you will drive impactful contributions and focus on outcomes. You will be a key member of the [Operations Transformation] team, collaborating with COOs , Other Functional Teams/Leads] [Role focuses on driving digital transformation initiatives powered by agentic artificial intelligence and generative models, ensuring structured change management and clear communication across key stakeholders. In this role, you will:

• Lead end to end delivery of digital transformation projects powered by agentic artificial intelligence and generative models, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and measurable impact on operational performance.
• Oversee structured change management activities by designing robust communication plans that guide stakeholders through adoption of new AI enabled processes and tools
• Coordinate transformation program design by defining scope, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics that support sustainable enterprise AI change strategy.
• Drive collaboration with key stakeholders across business and technology teams by facilitating regular forums that surface risks, decisions, and feedback related to AI driven initiatives
• Manage day to day project operations in a hybrid work model by organizing tasks, monitoring progress, and maintaining transparent status reporting for leadership and partner teams.
