GE HealthCare seeks a Project Manager to lead engineering initiatives for ultrasound probe refurbishment, overseeing design transfer projects, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement efforts while managing schedule, budget, and quality compliance across global manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage engineering projects for new refurbishment introduction and design transfers
• Coordinate with cross-functional and external teams to align resource allocation and customer requirements
• Monitor and deliver project scope within original cost estimates while managing schedule and budget
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles and technical problem-solving
• Serve as primary interface between customers and GE HealthCare for technical communications and relationship management

Requirements

• MBA and bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical engineering, or related technical field
• 10+ years overall experience with minimum 6 years as an engineer
• Minimum 3 years leading product development teams on design transfer activities
• Minimum 3 years demonstrating project leadership skills
• Willingness to travel to global manufacturing locations up to 20% of the time
• Experience with ultrasound probe or transducer design and manufacturing preferred
• Knowledge of ISO, FDA, and regulatory standards strongly preferred
