Responsibilities
Develop and manage engineering projects for new refurbishment introduction and design transfers
Coordinate with cross-functional and external teams to align resource allocation and customer requirements
Monitor and deliver project scope within original cost estimates while managing schedule and budget
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles and technical problem-solving
Serve as primary interface between customers and GE HealthCare for technical communications and relationship management
Requirements
MBA and bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical engineering, or related technical field
10+ years overall experience with minimum 6 years as an engineer
Minimum 3 years leading product development teams on design transfer activities
Minimum 3 years demonstrating project leadership skills
Willingness to travel to global manufacturing locations up to 20% of the time
Experience with ultrasound probe or transducer design and manufacturing preferred
Knowledge of ISO, FDA, and regulatory standards strongly preferred
