Project Manager - Landscape Architect in Jaipur, भारत

We are seeking a highly experienced and forward-thinking Project Manager – Landscape Architecture to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will lead landscape architecture projects from concept through execution, with an emphasis on BIM integration, sustainability, and interdisciplinary coordination. This role requires strong design and technical capabilities, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to managing teams, timelines, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of landscape architecture projects across public realm, hospitality, residential, and urban infrastructure typologies.
• Develop and manage BIM models for complex landscape projects, aligning them with project objectives and digital delivery standards.
• Integrate sustainable design principles, low-impact development strategies, and local environmental considerations throughout the design process.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, MEP engineers, civil consultants, and contractors, to integrate landscape designs into broader project frameworks.
• Maintain BIM documentation, drawing standards, and LOD requirements, ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 and client-specific BIM protocols.
• Oversee and participate in clash detection, model validation, and issue resolution using platforms such as Navisworks and BIM 360.
• Prepare and review construction drawings, technical documentation, BOQs, and specifications in collaboration with support teams.
• Conduct project reviews, QA/QC checks, and technical workshops with teams and clients.
• Mentor and supervise junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing, skill development, and continuous improvement.
• Engage with clients through design presentations, progress updates, and technical discussions to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Stay current with emerging design trends, digital tools, and industry best practices, including AI-driven workflows, parametric design, and environmental analysis tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field (required).
• Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Urban Design (preferred).
• At least 8 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, including 3–5 years in a project leadership role.
• Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM tools; experience with BIM 360, Enscape, Lumion, or Twinmotion is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of SketchUp, Rhino, or Grasshopper for conceptual design and visualizations is a plus.
• Strong understanding of site planning, horticulture, grading, hardscape detailing, and sustainable landscape systems.
• Familiarity with local codes, NBC, MoEF guidelines, and international landscape standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, budgets, schedules, and client expectations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead client meetings and presentations.
• Experience with ISO 19650, BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), and digital project delivery workflows is a plus.
