Job Requirements: 

Location: Mumbai

Expertise in- large scale IT Park/ITES building, Office building construction projects  end to end   commercial projects.

Candidates who have handled multi-storied building projects of PEB structure/composite structures/PT structures.

Manages INR150 Cr+ project experience

He needs to be well conversant with CVC (Central Vigilance Commission) and CAG (Comptroller and Auditor General of India - CAG) guidelines related to documentation, procurement etc.

Hands on experience from   conception to completion (C2C) - (manages from pre construction to execution to handover. ) .

Expert in   Architect selection, GC VENDOR Selection, Tender management, Bid Management, construction & handover.

Requirements

Experience- Minimum 20 years in Project Management

Qualification - B.E. / B.Tech. Civil
