Eurofins seeks an IAM Project & Governance Manager to lead identity and access management initiatives across global infrastructure. The role combines project delivery, change management, audit coordination, and compliance oversight to ensure secure and compliant deployment of IAM services.
Responsibilities
Lead IAM deployment, transformation, and migration initiatives across identity services platforms
Develop and maintain project governance artifacts including plans, scope, milestones, and risk management
Coordinate change management activities and facilitate change advisory board discussions and release planning
Serve as primary liaison for internal and external audit coordination on IAM compliance and controls
Prepare management reports, KPIs, dashboards, and executive presentations for governance oversight
Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
10-15 years project coordination, Agile delivery, and ITIL experience in enterprise environments
Demonstrated expertise managing deployment, integration, and migration initiatives end-to-end
Strong project planning, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
Hands-on experience with IT change and release management processes including CAB governance
Basic understanding of audit, risk, and compliance frameworks
Familiarity with IAM technologies: ILM, PAM, RBAC/ABAC, FAMS, EARM, or SRA platforms
