Eurofins seeks an IAM Project & Governance Manager to lead identity and access management initiatives across global teams. The role combines project management, Agile delivery, governance, and compliance coordination for IAM services including identity lifecycle management, privileged access management, and federated authentication.
Responsibilities
Lead IAM deployment and transformation initiatives across identity lifecycle management, privileged access management, and related services
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure effective Scrum adoption across delivery teams
Establish and govern IAM processes, standards, and operational controls; coordinate change and release management activities
Coordinate internal and external audits; convert audit findings into scoped delivery items and track remediation
Prepare management reports and executive presentations; drive continuous improvement through standardization and optimization
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
8-12 years of project management, Agile delivery, Scrum facilitation, or ITIL experience in enterprise environments
Demonstrated experience managing deployment, integration, transition, transformation, or migration initiatives
Strong project planning, execution, documentation, and stakeholder management capabilities
Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching teams on Agile principles
Knowledge of change management, release management, and governance frameworks
Audit coordination and compliance management experience with ability to track remediation
