• Drive end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple stakeholders. Ensure right things get the attention at the right time by connecting dots.

• Collaborate and track touch points with partners, institutions, leadership contacts, and vendor partners to deliver on time and with excellence.

• Own project tracking, progress monitoring, and execution reporting to ensure smooth implementation.

• Participate in meetings, capture key insights, minute, and translate discussions into actionable plans.

• Engage with stakeholders across departments/ functions to gather insights, solve challenges, and support decision-making.

Requirements

• 0 to 3 years of experience

• Proactive — you move before being asked

• Strong follow-through; you close the loop

• Good communication skills

• Basic knowledge in MS Office tools and knowledge in usage of ChatGPT, Claude.

• Build expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and business operations.

• Take ownership from day one and contribute to projects that create visible impact.
