Leadspot is a B2B revenue operations and GTM consultancy. We build lean, battle-tested, AI-first GTM systems with Salesforce and HubSpot as the centerpieces, and we integrate everything around them, internal and external: data warehouses, Clay, Outreach, the rest of the stack. What the customer gets is a system where nothing falls through the cracks, motions can be reconfigured without a rebuild, marketing and sales spend is attributed correctly, and every stage of the funnel can be understood from any point of view.
Our team has worked and studied at some of the best places out there, Chicago Booth and Bain & Company among them, and our founders built the sales and marketing motions for Dropbox's B2B side. We work with excellent customers, backed by leading funds such as Google Ventures, Hg and Accel.
We are a boutique shop and we work with some of the best fast-growing companies in Europe and the US. Our customers hire us because we deliver high-quality, high-impact work, and that means every part of the process needs to be perfectly crafted and delivered with urgency. We are adding projects quickly, and we want to scale in a way that is sustainable: more customers, the same quality of delivery. You own the delivery of those projects, build the plans, hold the timelines, and communicate actively with the customer across every channel, running several RevOps, development, and Salesforce engagements at once.
You know your way around a Salesforce org and can handle first-level solutions on your own, a field, a flow, a report, a permission fix. At a larger implementation shop you might be a business analyst today, or a project manager who came up through delivery, or a consultant moving into project leadership. You also have a small team of experts around you: when something sits outside what you can build, you consult them or bring the right person in.
You start by running delivery on existing engagements, grow into owning client relationships end to end, and as we scale there is a path to leading a small team of project managers.
You also have real support around you: consultants, developers, and sales colleagues who can do what you cannot. Knowing who to pull into a project and when is one of the most valuable skills in this seat, and the parts of the machine nobody owns yet become yours if you want them.
MCP servers, agent-driven CRM work, where headless CRM is heading. Our plan is to stay ahead of every implementation shop on AI applied to RevOps, and every hire is part of that plan. Run multiple client projects in parallel: plans, milestones, weekly cadences, status updates
- Translate customer conversations into clear requirements for the consulting team
- Handle first-level Salesforce work yourself: small config changes, reports, investigation of 'why did this break'
- Spot risks early (scope creep, blocked dependencies, silent clients) and deal with them
- Spot opportunities just as early: see what the customer needs next, shape it into the next project with the team, and take it to them, so we stay relevant well beyond the current scope
- Improve how we deliver: templates, checklists, and AI-assisted playbooks that make the next project faster
Hands-on Salesforce experience; Experience translating customer needs into requirements and managing delivery: as a business analyst, a delivery-side project manager, or a consultant moving into project leadership
- AI is already part of your daily work, and you are genuinely curious about the frontier: agents, MCPs, what CRM looks like in five years
- Exposure to the broader B2B GTM stack is a plus: HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, enrichment tools
- Ambition: you want to grow into a delivery lead role, not maintain a spreadsheet
Real influence over how a fast-growing consultancy delivers
- Fully remote, async-friendly, small senior team, zero bureaucracy
- Performance-based upside on top of base compensation
- Steep learning curve: work with some of the most exciting B2B companies in Europe and the US. Running several engagements at once, you see more GTM systems in a year than most people see in five, and you help us push the frontier of GTM AI applications
