About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Program Manager to coordinate between the IIT Jodhpur and Masai teams. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth program execution by managing day-to-day coordination, handling documentation, resolving stakeholder queries, and providing operational support.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between IIT Jodhpur and the Masai team.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution.
Verify and manage student and program-related documentation.
Handle queries from students, faculty, and internal teams in a timely manner.
Support onboarding, program operations, and administrative activities.
Track program progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.
Escalate issues proactively and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Program Management, Operations, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Attention to detail with good documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Prior experience in the EdTech or education sector is a plus.
