Eurofins seeks a Program Manager to oversee integrated drug discovery programs in New Delhi. The role involves project planning, cross-functional coordination, budget tracking, and stakeholder communication to ensure programs meet timelines, milestones, and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and action trackers
• Coordinate program activities across multidisciplinary scientific teams and sites
• Monitor program performance against scope, budget, timelines, and deliverables
• Prepare program reports and dashboards; support financial tracking and forecasting
• Identify and escalate risks, issues, and schedule impacts to leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or Pharmacy
• 1–3 years of project or program management experience in CRO, biotech, or pharma
• Knowledge of integrated drug discovery, chemistry, biology, ADME/DMPK, and safety workflows
• Strong program planning, budget management, and financial acumen
• Experience with risk, issue, and change management in cross-functional programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools; PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
