Lead the Central Planning function with primary accountability for Production Planning, Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, and Inventory Management across EMS manufacturing operations. Ensure delivery excellence, supply continuity, inventory optimization, and superior customer service while driving planning efficiency through data-driven decision-making and digitalization.
Lead end-to-end Production Planning and Supply Planning to ensure on-time delivery and optimal resource utilization.
Translate customer demand into executable production and material plans aligned with capacity and inventory targets.
Drive planning for Assembly, Anodizing, and related manufacturing processes.
Monitor capacity, material availability, and production schedules to proactively address shortages and bottlenecks.
Optimize inventory across Raw Materials, WIP, Finished Goods, and consumables while improving working capital.
Lead monthly S&OP reviews and align demand, supply, inventory, and capacity plans.
Partner with Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless execution.
Drive customer service excellence through strong customer management and supply assurance.
Leverage SAP, Power BI, Blue Yonder, MES, and analytics tools to improve planning visibility and automation.
Lead and develop the Central Planning team, driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Production & Supply Plan Adherence
Inventory and Working Capital Optimization
Reduction in Material Shortages and Production Downtime
Planning Automation and Digital Adoption
Customer Satisfaction and Service Performance
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mandatory)/ M. Tech Manufacturing
MBA from a Tier-1 B-School preferred
