Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Machine Operator role located in Mumbai. The Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to established procedures and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include loading materials, adjusting machine settings, inspecting output for quality, and performing basic routine maintenance on equipment. The role involves using hand tools, reporting any mechanical issues, and collaborating with supervisors and colleagues to meet production targets. The Machine Operator will also complete production logs, follow safety and housekeeping guidelines, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidates should possess skills in machine operation and working with industrial machinery.
Candidates should possess basic skills in quality control, including visual inspection and basic measurement checks.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
Ability to stand for extended periods, handle manual tasks, and follow safety protocols is required.
Basic technical or vocational training in mechanical, manufacturing, or related fields is an advantage.
Willingness to work in shifts as needed and maintain punctual, reliable attendance.
