The best candidate will take full ownership of their pod's priorities, working closely with engineers and designers to plan sprints, set goals, and ensure the team is always two steps ahead. Own the product roadmap and sprint planning for your pod.
Gather and synthesize customer feedback, market research, and competitive analysis.
Ship smaller features within your first 30 days; Continuously iterate based on feedback and data.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and data) to build, test, and optimize initiatives.
Experience: 2.5–3+ years in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS, AI, or startup environments. Experience in smaller or medium-sized startups is highly valued.

Big Plus: If you can write SQL queries and dig into databases, that's a big plus.
