Job Title: Product Designer — AI-native product builder Experience: 3+ Years

Codewalla is looking for a Product Designer who is becoming a broader product builder: someone with deep design craft who can move from a messy problem to research, working interactions, tested behaviour, implementation, and learning in production. Figma is a tool, not the boundary of the role.
Deep product-design craft: interaction design, information architecture, visual hierarchy, systems thinking, prototyping, and strong taste.
A portfolio of implemented and shipped products showing decisions, trade-offs, collaboration, and what happened after release.
willingness to work beyond traditional design boundaries and master AI coding/prototyping tools.
Technical fluency to reason about frontend constraints, APIs, data, model behaviour, responsive systems, and implementation trade-offs.
Strong Figma skills, while knowing when code or working software is the better design medium.
Use lightweight research, workflow observation, usability testing, analytics, and competitive evidence to guide product decisions.
Move between sketches, Figma, AI-generated interfaces, code-based prototypes, and working software—choosing the medium that answers the question fastest.
Use AI coding and prototyping tools to explore interactions, realistic data, and AI-enabled experiences yourself; stay close to implementation and inspect what ships.
Design end-to-end experiences across information architecture, interaction, visual hierarchy, responsive behaviour, accessibility, permissions, states, edge cases, and recovery.
Prototype risky assumptions early, stay involved through implementation, and iterate from production evidence rather than treating handoff as the finish line.
Build reusable patterns and living design systems; Design for probabilistic behaviour: make uncertainty, confidence, provenance, correction, fallback, escalation, and human control understandable where they matter.
