Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement of façade, glazing, cladding, aluminum, and construction materials as per project requirements.
Source, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely deliveries.
Obtain quotations, conduct commercial evaluations, and negotiate favorable pricing and contract terms.
Create, approve, and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and procurement workflows.
Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, Projects, and Site Teams to ensure material availability as per project schedules.
Monitor supplier performance, delivery commitments, and procurement timelines.
Control inventory levels and optimize stock availability to support uninterrupted project execution.
Ensure all procured materials comply with approved specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
Lead and manage all procurement activities through the ERP system, including material planning, purchase requisitions, RFQs, purchase orders, goods receipt tracking, vendor management, inventory monitoring, MIS reporting, and procurement data accuracy to support project cost control and decision-making.
Prepare procurement reports, track budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
