About the job

As a Procurement Executive at Herecraft Ventures Private Limited, you'll help keep purchasing organized and dependable. You'll coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, track orders, and maintain clear records so that procurement activities move forward on time.

Key responsibilities:

1. Gather purchase requirements from relevant teams, clarify specifications, and consolidate review requests.
2. Request and compare supplier quotations in MS Excel, recording prices, delivery timelines, and other relevant details.
3. Prepare purchase orders using approved information and follow up with suppliers to confirm orders and delivery dates.
4. Track open orders and expected deliveries in Excel, flagging delays or discrepancies promptly to the appropriate team.
5. Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve routine questions about orders, invoices, and delivery documentation.
6. Maintain accurate procurement files, including quotations, purchase orders, approvals, and supplier correspondence.
7. Manage multiple requests and follow-ups with effective time management, while communicating updates clearly and professionally.
