Procurement Executive – Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle procurement of MEP, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, STP/WTP & Housekeeping materials .
  
• Source and manage vendors/suppliers , quotations, and price negotiations.
  
• Raise PR/PO and ensure timely material delivery to sites.
  
• Coordinate with Facility/Operations teams for material requirements.
  
• Maintain purchase records, vendor details, inventory & MIS reports .
  
• Ensure cost-effective procurement, quality, and timely delivery .
