· Prepare comparison sheets and draft purchase documents for review.

· Follow up on orders and coordinate delivery updates with suppliers and stores.

· Organise bills, delivery documents and purchase files for the accounts team.

Requirements

· Graduate or diploma holder in a relevant discipline.

· Basic Excel skills, accurate data entry and clear communication.

· Purchase or coordination experience is helpful; freshers with relevant skills may apply.
