Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Manager for Digital & Process Excellence to lead process improvement and digital transformation initiatives across Global Supply Chain. The role involves developing governance frameworks, advancing automation capabilities, and driving organizational adoption of new processes and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of Global Supply Chain business process management capabilities and operating models
• Design and manage enterprise process architectures and models using BPM methodologies and approved platforms
• Deliver, adopt, and realize value from digital and process transformation initiatives across supply chain functions
• Identify and deploy automation, analytics, process intelligence, and AI-enabled solutions to improve operational effectiveness
• Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, and capability-building activities supporting enterprise-wide adoption of new processes and tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Supply Chain; Master's preferred
• 7+ years in business process management, supply chain operations, digital transformation, or continuous improvement
• Proven experience leading enterprise process excellence and strategic initiatives in complex, cross-functional environments
• Expertise in business process management, process modeling, governance design, and solution architecture
• Proficiency in BPMN 2.0 and enterprise process management platforms such as ADONIS, ARIS, or Signavio
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, quality systems, and operational excellence in regulated environments
• Demonstrated ability to influence across organizational boundaries and communicate complex concepts effectively
