Job Role: Development Engineer – Kondor & Corona

Experience: 7+ Years
Relevant Experience: Strong hands-on experience in Temenos Kondor+, Corona, Sybase ASE, Python, Groovy, Korn Shell (ksh), Treasury & Capital Markets, Application Development, Production Support, Application Integration, Unix/Linux, and banking/financial services environments.
7+ years of experience in Application Development and Production Support within banking or financial services environments.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Temenos Kondor+ development, customization, configuration, parameterization, and production support .
• Hands-on experience with Corona application development and support .
• Strong knowledge of Treasury & Capital Markets operations.
• Strong experience with Sybase ASE database development, queries, stored procedures, triggers, and performance tuning .
• Hands-on experience with Python scripting for automation, integration, monitoring, and application support.
• Experience with Groovy scripting and automation workflows .
• Strong experience in Korn Shell (ksh) scripting in Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience supporting Treasury, Derivatives, Front Office, Middle Office, or Back Office banking functions.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging experience in mission-critical banking applications .
• Experience with application integrations through APIs, SFTP/FTPS, message-based interfaces, and batch processing .
• Experience with SDLC, Agile, DevOps, release management, and production support practices.
• Strong understanding of banking security, audit, risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements .

Experience supporting European banking clients .
Knowledge of treasury products including FX, Money Markets, Derivatives, Securities, and Risk Management .
Experience with ITIL and L2/L3 application support.
Experience with application modernization and automation initiatives.
Experience working with geographically distributed/global teams.
Develop, customize, configure, and maintain Kondor+ and Corona applications supporting Treasury and Capital Markets.
Perform Kondor/Corona configuration, parameterization, and customization .
Develop and maintain Python, Groovy, and Korn Shell scripts for automation and operational support.
Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot Sybase ASE database objects, queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
Investigate and resolve production incidents, application defects, and performance issues within agreed SLAs.
Participate in release planning, deployment, and post-implementation validation .
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
Ensure compliance with banking security, audit, risk, and regulatory requirements .
7+ years of experience in Application Development & Production Support within Banking/Financial Services.
