About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based customers.
2. Communicate with customers clearly over the phone.
3. Generate leads according to the assigned process.
4. Meet assigned call, quality, and performance targets.
5. Record call details and customer information in the CRM.
6. Follow approved scripts and process guidelines.
7. Maintain accurate customer and call records.
8. Follow company policies and quality standards.

1. Good spoken English communication skills.
