Medtronic seeks a Principal Systems Administrator to lead the SIEMENS Polarion ALM platform, supporting engineering and quality teams across product development and regulatory compliance. The role involves system administration, solution design, Agile delivery, and technical mentorship in a regulated medical device environment.
Responsibilities
Lead administration, configuration, enhancement, and support of SIEMENS Polarion ALM and related integrations
Design and implement ALM/PLM solutions including requirements management, workflows, and reporting capabilities
Translate business requirements into functional designs, user stories, technical specifications, and solution architectures
Lead Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, testing, demonstrations, and release execution
Troubleshoot complex application issues and ensure platform stability, performance, and user support
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 12+ years enterprise application or engineering systems support experience
3+ years SIEMENS Polarion ALM administration, configuration, and integration experience
Expertise in Application Lifecycle Management, Product Lifecycle Management, or Product Data Management platforms
Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and software configuration management
Experience with GxP applications and Computer System Validation in regulated environments
