Responsibilities
Design and develop complex backend and full-stack features using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs
Lead technical direction for modules and mentor engineers across teams
Support modernization of legacy systems to cloud-ready, microservices-based architectures
Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and maintainability standards
Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams on end-to-end delivery
Requirements
8+ years hands-on Java development experience on enterprise projects
Proficiency in Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL, and relational databases
Strong background in object-oriented design, SOLID principles, and design patterns
Experience with microservices architecture and cloud-native development
Demonstrated expertise in unit testing, performance profiling, and JVM optimization
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, Docker, and agile methodologies
MCA or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
