Responsibilities
Design and develop complex backend and full-stack Java applications using Spring Boot
Lead technical direction for modules while mentoring engineers and influencing architecture
Support modernization of legacy systems to cloud-ready microservices architectures
Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and production reliability standards
Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams on end-to-end delivery
Requirements
8+ years hands-on Java development experience on enterprise projects
Proficiency with Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL, and relational databases
Strong object-oriented design and SOLID principles knowledge
Experience with microservices architecture and cloud-native development
Expertise in unit testing, performance profiling, and CI/CD practices
MCA or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Proven product development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum experience
