What you need:

Required Skills-

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering—Embedded Systems, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field.
• Experience 12 years - 15 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in industrial automation, process development, or advanced manufacturing.

Preferred Skills

• Strong ability to develop, optimize, and troubleshoot mechanical and electro-mechanical systems, with strong understanding of DFM principles.
• Deep knowledge of Computer vision/programming with Python /Industrial automation/ electrical/ pneumatic, and hydraulic systems used in automated manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of process validation, statistical tools (PFMEA, SPC), and methodologies including Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem solving (DMAIC).
• Ability to communicate moderately complex technical concepts, project plans, and system architectures to cross-functional team members.
