About the job

Office: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

MB Learning designs and runs educational immersion programmes for Indian schools study trips, summer schools and learning journeys in India and abroad with partner universities. We sell our programmes to schools through proposals programme decks, destination decks, A4 information packs and one-pagers for principals and parents. You will be the person who makes them: fast, clean, on-brand and correct, usually against a deadline from a school meeting.

Key responsibilities:

1. Build and update school-facing proposal decks (16:9) and A4 PDF packs from briefs, itineraries and our brand templates typically 2-4 a week.
2. Turn itineraries, costings and programme notes into clear visual layouts: day-by-day pages, timelines, inclusions, comparison tables.
3. Keep every proposal consistent and error-free: fonts, colours, logo usage, photo quality, names, dates and prices exactly right.
4. Source and edit photos (licensed stock and our own trip photography): crop, colour-correct, export for print and screen.
5. Customise proposals per school (school name, logo, grade, dates) and turn around revisions the same day.
6. Maintain the proposal template library and asset folders so anything can be found and reused.

Hiring process: share your portfolio link (Behance, Canva, Drive or PDF), then a paid 24-hour design task (rebuild 3 slides to a brief, Rs 1,000 for the completed task even if not selected), then a short interview with the Founders and an offer.

Other requirements

1. Portfolio of at least 5 decks or proposals you made yourself (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, Canva, Figma - any tool)

2. Strong eye for alignment, spacing, typography and colour; fluent written English

3. Fast: can turn a rough brief into a polished 15-slide proposal in a day

4. Willing to learn Figma and our HTML deck tooling; based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad
